Leonard A. Epstein

Leonard A. Epstein has practiced law since 1983 and is a shareholder in Davenport & Epstein, PC. After serving as a briefing attorney for one year on the Dallas Fifth District Court of Appeals for the Honorable Floyd Shumpert, Mr. Epstein has had a diverse commercial litigation practice. He represents clients in a variety of business litigation matters at trial and on appeal, including disputes involving contracts, warranties, real estate, and insurance. He has received the AV peer review rating, the highest rating from the Martindale-Hubbell legal directory.
