J. Kent Davenport has practiced law since 1980 and is a shareholder in Davenport & Epstein, P.C. where his practice is restricted to business litigation and insurance disputes in State and federal courts. After serving as an Assitant District Attorney in Dallas County for three years, Mr. Davenport has an extensive business litigation practice representing clients at trial and on appeal on a variety of disputes involving contracts, real estate, fraud claims, insurance disputes, and statutory claims. He has received the AV peer review rating, the highest rating from the Martindale-Hubbell legal directory.
